The proceses used in the manufacture of our products are in the following categories.
A) Preparation of materials - Guillotines, Slitter, Paneller, Platen presses - for cutting and creasing.
B) Toolmaking - Lathe, Miller, Drilling machines etc. - for the production of our own welding electrodes and press tools. Our own on site Tool Room.
C) H.F. Welding - Roll fed automatics, Rotary tables, Shuttle and Foot presses. High frequency welding is the process of fusing materials together by applying high frequency energy to the area to be joined. The energy produces localised heating of the materials causing them to soften and melt, thus allowing their molecules to intermingle.
D) Assembling and finishing - Foil blocking, Riveting, Press Studding, Piercing, Thumb-cutting and Round Cornering on fly and foot presses.
E) Heat Creasing - Special purpose machinery for the automated production of Label Holders, Chart Channel and Self Adhesive Strips in 0.25mm Clear or Matt P.V.C. Point of Sale Display items can also be custom formed.
F) Sewing - A wide range of menu covers.
G) Engraving ideal for customising our aluminium Business Gifts and Menu Covers.
