We specialise in the production of purpose made items in semi-rigid and rigid P.V.C. sheeting ranging in thickness from 0.15mm to 1.5mm.

The letters P.V.C. stand for polyvinyl chloride and is made from two raw materials, crude oil and common salt. The chlorine component in P.V.C. (derived from salt) enables P.V.C. sheeting to be H.F. Welded (unlike polythene which has a similar molecular structure apart from the chlorine components).

The physical properties (e.g. flexibility) can be changed by addition of plasticisers. This enables P.V.C. sheeting to be either rigid (when it contains no plasticiser) or very flexible (when it contains a lot of plasticiser) or anywhere between these two extremes. This makes P.V.C. sheeting suitable for many different applications, because the flexibility can be matched precisely to the requirements of each particular product.

P.V.C. is one of the most rigorously researched of all materials and is entirely safe in manufacture, use and disposal.

All our material is sourced through European producers who comply with strict national and international health and safety requirements - and operate advanced environmental control systems.

The British Plastics Federation is working hard to explode the myths which have ignored the large body of scientific evidence which confirms P.V.C. as a totally safe material.
